Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Your item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. Custom orders or items indicated as a FINAL SALE cannot be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise should retain the original tags and must be in its original condition.
Note:
1. Returns with no RAN (Return Authorization Number), and packages that are improperly sealed or uninsured will NOT be accepted.

2. Original condition means that the item must be in the SAME condition as it was shipped, and must show no signs of alteration, usage, sizing or any damage otherwise.

3. Returned merchandise must be RECEIVED before the 30 day expiration deadline.

4. Special orders and closeouts are FINAL SALE.

5. Customer assumes responsibility for the payment of return postage.

How To Prepare A Return

To return a diamond or jewelry item to C Diamond King, please contact our Customer Service department by email at info@cdiamondking.com . We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return in Canada & United States.
PLEASE NOTE that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Note: C Diamond King will not be responsible for the loss or damage of returned shipments.  We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of a late delivery or the cancellation of your order.
